Shine + Redesigns Workshops
The Shine Foundation has partnered with Redesigns to offer monthly workshops to adults with special needs. These workshops teach new skills and encourage new friendships. They are open to all individuals with special needs ages 18 and up- however, spots are limited and sign-ups fill up fast. We are looking for sponsors so that we can continue to offer these workshops at no cost to our Shine Friends.
Shine + Redesigns Workshops
Tupelo Middle School hosted a fundraiser for The Shine Foundation and voted for these funds to be used to start a Birthday Box program for our Shine Friends. After a family signs up as an “Official Shine Family”, individuals with special needs will receive a personalized birthday box during their birthday month. Local volunteer groups have been decorating boxes and we have been able to fill the boxes with goodies. It’s such a special way to show our Shine Friends how much we care about them!
